PLF is a Web based platform that serves to provide those interested in investing in education with detailed information regarding current initiatives that are worthy of financial assistance. Once, people find a project they are interested in investing in, they are able to make tax deductible donations to that project through our web-site. In this way, those who invest in education will be able to use PLF’s resources to transparently track the performance of their donees, thus enhancing the impact of their donations.Our vision is to bring those who have the financial resources and the desire to promote education together with those who may not have the financial resources, but possess the physical and intellectual capacity to promote education.
